Major League Baseball slugger Mookie Betts has finally found a new home with the Los Angeles Dodgers.  The Dodgers are set to acquire Mookie Betts, David Price, and significant cash considerations.  The Dodgers sent their young outfielder Alex Verdugo to the Boston Red Sox and RHP Kenta Maeda to the Minnesota Twins. The Minnesota Twins will send their young pitcher Brusdar Graterol to the Boston Red Sox to complete the 3 way arrangement.

Mookie Betts is the 2018 AL MVP and a career .301/.374/.519 hitter.  Red Sox ownership has made it clear that they intend to dip below the $208MM luxury tax barrier, which led to orchestrating this mega epic deal.

The Dodgers missed out on the Gerrit Cole sweepstakes earlier this offseason, but made up for it by landing not one, but two high profile players.

Betts joins a Dodgers outfield that features Cody Bellinger, A.J. Pollock, Chris Taylor, and Enrique Hernandez.
